With years of experience, racing and adventuring in a wide variety of disciplines, you can be sure that we have made all of the mistakes in the book! We can draw on these experiences to help you make a comprehensive plan, customised to your individual aspirations and life situation.

This service can benefit new and experienced runners alike.
After answering a brief questionnaire via email, this consultation would be a conversation of around an hour, via phone, face-to-face or via Skype/Facetime etc.
This first consultation is free during lockdown.
If you find the consultation useful, you may wish to take advantage of the service on a longer term basis. The format of this mentoring relationship would be totally flexible and designed to your individual needs. It could be a monthly check-in, or once a season or year.
£20 per consultation.
If you want a detailed, specific and personalised training plan, Trail Running Scotland team member, Laura, who is a qualified personal trainer can provide this for you as well. After the initial goal setting consultation, a personalised training plan can be created for you.
Programme £40 per month.
