Whether you are an individual, group or club, beginner or experienced runner, we can arrange bespoke training to suit your needs.
Get in touch to create a unique programme of workshops and runs, learn some new skills and develop you running technique.
Options include:
Guided runs - if you are looking for a single run to a cross-Scotland Epic we can plan a bespoke adventure for you.
Navigation - This is an essential skill for anyone heading away from the security of roads and parks. We will work on fast map interpretation, direction finding and what to do if you get lost!
Running tactics and techniques - A nice run in which we will work on a warm up routine and analyse our own running style. We will look at our posture, cadence and stride to ensure we are running with efficient technique.
Physical preparation - What can we do to help us run better and avoid injury. This session will give you some simple ideas for strength training, stretching and recovery.
Technical terrain - This active session will include all the tips and techniques needed to find grip on loose surfaces, give us control on fast descents and fly over rocky terrain safely.
Route planning - A classroom session to explore route planning resources and ideas.
Night running - Depending on the time of year we might grab the head-torches and have a nocturnal adventure.
Club training - Are you involved in a running club and want some skills training? We could develop a programme to help you get the most out of your club meets.
Based near Aviemore we have a huge variety of trails and locations that we can use for our training, but we can also work further afield on request. Packages including transport and accommodation are also available. Get in touch do discuss your ideas.
